Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. A shipping fee of $6 will apply. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For international orders, a $25 shipping fee will apply.

However, if you choose to receive your refund as store credit instead. Store credit will be issued in the form of GIFT CARD CODE (excluding shipping fees and applied only to the actual product subtotal paid).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Requests for a refund or exchange of merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Important Notes:

  • Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within five days. If the return is not shipped within this timeframe, the refund amount will be reduced to 60% of the original purchase price.
  • If the returned item does not have its original tag or is damaged in a way that affects its resale condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. We strongly recommend using the original packaging to ensure the item is well-protected during return shipping.
  • Due to the limited quantity and natural uniqueness of our products, these guidelines are in place to ensure that all customers can purchase items in their best condition.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, with no exceptions. Please ensure that your return is accompanied by the original packaging to protect the jewelry from damage during transit. We will not issue a full refund for returns damaged due to improper packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@myrible.com. We will get back to you within 3 business days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or customized pieces.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
